Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Care Credit, a medical credit service is also available and can be applied for over the phone at our clinic.  The application is quick and easy.  Care Credit offers very reasonable financing for pet medical emergencies.

Veterinary Pet Insurance is now available and very affordable.  It is very helpful in providing the best medical care for your pet without having to worry about the cost.  A wellness coverage provision can also be obtained which covers most of the cost of yearly preventative healthcare for your pet.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
